One of the most common questions we get is "how quickly will I see results?". Here we provide a realistic timeline based on clinical studies and our clinical experience.
Week 1-4: The Start-up Phase
During the first month, most notice reduced hunger and appetite. Weight loss is usually 2-4 kg. The dose is low to let the body adjust.
Month 2-3: Dose Escalation
The dose is gradually increased and weight loss accelerates. After 3 months, most have lost 5-8% of their body weight. Side effects tend to decrease.
Month 4-12: Active Treatment Phase
The greatest weight loss occurs during this period. At 6 months, we often see 10-12% weight loss, at 12 months 12-15%.
After 12 Months: Maintenance
Weight loss plateaus and focus shifts to maintenance. Maximum effect is often seen after 15-18 months with total weight loss of 15-20%.
