Viktenheten Vårdkompass is a public educational app used through an external AI service. It does not require a Viktenheten login and cannot access medical records, patient accounts, booking or treatment. Do not enter names, identity numbers, contact details, measurements or personal health information.

The server processes general searches against a limited source library and rejects personal or identifying questions. It does not retain raw queries, IP addresses, user agents, identifiers or click events. Sanitized error classes are retained for 14 days and aggregate operational metrics for 15 months under Curevo Health's central retention register.

An external AI provider processes the conversation under the terms and privacy settings for the user's service. Viktenheten's data protection officer must approve and document the parties' roles before public launch. When a user follows a link to viktenheten.se, the website's ordinary cookie-consent choices apply.
