    Free assessment

    Meet a licensed doctor by video — from home, without waiting rooms or judging looks. You get an assessment and a personal plan.

    Steg 2

    Start the programme

    If the doctor decides treatment fits you, you start the programme (449 SEK/month). The whole team and ongoing follow-up is included.

    Steg 3

    Follow-up and support

    Ongoing follow-up with dietitian and physiotherapist. Book visits or write in the encrypted doctor chat — safe and discreet.
